Returns/Exchanges

A gentle reminder about our return/exchange policy. 

Returns/Exchanges on defective merchandise only.  Exchanges will be issued within 2 business days of our receipt of the returned defective goods.

• Items worn or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Shipping and handling charges for defective items will be paid for by NCU.

How do I return/exchange a defective item? 
If you wish to exchange your online purchase due to a manufacturer's defect,
please contact Customer Service at Orders@identitymarketing-az.com  

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 2 business days of our receipt of your returned goods.
